In addition to her real estate expertise, Terri is an accomplished actor and former president of Meridian Little Theatre, experiences that have strengthened her communication skills and her ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and audiences.

Terri has been proud to call the Meridian area home for over 15 years, where she lives with her husband, retired LCDR Terry “Spanky” Pankhurst, a contracted civilian flight instructor who trains Navy pilots at NAS Meridian in the T-45 Goshawk.

A graduate of the REALTOR® Institute in Jackson, Mississippi, Terri also holds degrees in Computer Networking, Music Education, and Early Childhood Education. She is additionally an active professional jazz vocalist, performing throughout Mississippi and Missouri.
